Tell us what you are looking at

Send a photo and a few details and you will get a straight answer: what the job involves, roughly what it costs, and when we can be there. Estimates are free across the service area.

Call (203) 751-2451, or fill in the form and we come back to you. Either way the useful thing to send is a photo taken from somewhere safe, plus a rough idea of where the tree or the ground is in relation to the house, the drive and any wires. That is usually enough to give you a real answer rather than a range wide enough to be useless.

If a tree is on your house, across your only way out, or anywhere near a wire, do not wait for a reply to a form. Call.

And if a line is down, call 911 first and then the electric utility. Until they release the scene it is theirs rather than ours, and that is true whoever owns the tree.

Fields marked * are required.

Which type of services do you need?

Tell us what work you need done. Include details like tree size, access concerns, brush density, drainage issues, or storm damage.

How soon do you need this done?

If a tree is on your house or touching a wire, do not wait for a reply. Call (203) 751-2451, and 911 first if a line is down.

01

What happens after you send it

Three steps, and none of them involve being passed around.

Step 01

We read it and come back to you

If the photos answer the question we will say so; if they do not, we will tell you what else would help rather than booking a visit you did not need.

Usually within a day for ordinary work, and straight away for anything urgent

Step 02

We look at it from the ground

We walk the tree or the ground, the drop zone and the route a truck can genuinely take, and we settle the things that decide the job: whose tree it is, whether the town or the utility has to move first, and what the ground will carry.

Usually within a few days

Step 03

You get it in writing

What is included and what is not, in words rather than a single figure. The wood, the brush, the stump and any ruts each get an answer, because those are the four things people otherwise find out about afterwards.

02

Where we work

If your address sits just outside that list, ask anyway rather than assuming. It is a short conversation and the answer is sometimes yes.
